The Central Bank of Barbados’ Forex Online foreign exchange application portal will be unavailable from approximately 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 16, 2024 to approximately 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 17, 2024.
This is to facilitate an important upgrade to the Bank’s IT infrastructure.
The upgrades will also affect the Bank’s real-time payments (RTP) system. During this time, individuals and entities will not be able to make RTP payments to the Central Bank of Barbados. However, transactions to other payees and other payment processes should be unaffected.
