Barbadian citizens - living in Barbados or abroad - and permanent residents of Barbados may purchase up to $100,000 ($200,000 for two persons purchasing jointly). Credit unions, registered charities and friendly societies are also eligible to purchase savings bonds up to $100,000.
Persons who have purchased from previous series, even those who purchased the maximum in those series, are still eligible to buy savings bonds from GBSB 83/2016 as the $100,000 limit ($200,000 for joint holders) is per series ( Click to download application form ).
