Alwyn Jordan is Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Barbados. As part of his role, he has responsibility for the Bank’s Research and Economic Analysis, Bank Supervision, and the Management Information Systems departments, and is Chair of the joint Financial Oversight Management Committee (FOMC).
His research interests include monetary policy issues, macro-prudential policy developments, currency regimes, and economic forecasting.
Alwyn holds a BSc. Economics and Accounting from the University of the West Indies and an MSc. Finance and Economics from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom.
