(a) The witness to this transaction must confirm the accuracy of the customer information recorded from valid photo-bearing identification. The witness must be an approved person as listed in Appendix 5 of the Central Bank’s AML/CFT Guideline which includes a Notary Public, Attorney-At-Law, a Professional Accountant, a Bank Manager, a Senior Officer of a Consulate/Embassy/High Commission or Senior Public Servant (see definition in the Guideline www.centralbank.org.bb/aml-cft ).
(b) When this transfer form is duly completed it must be delivered for registration at the Central Bank of Barbados.
(c) Thirty days before the dates on which interest is payable in each year the Register at the Central Bank of Barbados will be closed for preparation for payment of interest which will be paid to the persons then on the Register, in other words, registration of transfers will not be effected when the Register isclosed.
(d) No Stamp Duty of registration fee is payable in respect of anytransfer.
(e) Submission of an application form does not guarantee an allocation of bonds.
